Well Ive decided to do a blog about me starting a 30 day healthy eating plan. Im not going to call it a diet. Look how much the diet industry makes. Also its a proven fact that diets dont work because with some of them we are starving the body and the weight goes back on when we stop. Its a very materialistic society and I wonder if that term can be related to food. I intend to cut out chocolate and white bread. I do exercise several times a week. I think writing this in a blog will help me focus and achieve my aim. So this is day one bloggers. What I would like is some encouragement.

Starting weight 9lb 13.

Day 1 Porridge for breakfast with a banana. A good choice as its a slow release food and keeps the blood sugar level. Exercise is limited as I hurt my back at work yesterday. I have walked along the main street here and back. Its market day here but not a lot of people about. The market is reducing its stalls because it is held in the local football ground and our glorious (not) council have sold the land to Asda to build a bigger and better store. The present Asda is only a very short distance away. I prefer using the local shops if I can. Bye for now bloggers.
